At the Journal Lab, we believe in the power of writing; both planning and journaling are essential to a person’s growth and success. While planning helps with productivity, journaling improves a person’s overall emotional wellbeing and happiness. A planner and a journal need not be separate products, as most times they go hand in hand. A person may want to write about how his day was in his diary and later he may want to plan for the next day and write down his to-do lists.
We realised there are too many planners in the market, but not many journals. And there definitely wasn’t any daily planner and journal together. So, we wanted to create a planner-journal where a person could do both, and not get into the hassle of keeping two different books.
This undated planner-journal, when used every day, will last 4 months. Yearly planners generally provide very little space for detailed planning. A week’s worth of planning and journaling has to be cramped in 2 or 3 pages. But FYB lets you plan your day in detail and provides a dedicated page every day to write down your thoughts & feelings.
